UPDATE: Overnight Detour on the Eastbound Dulles Access Highway and Lane Closures on the Eastbound Dulles Toll Road - Tuesday, May 29
 
NEW! Additional Nighttime Closure on the Eastbound Dulles Greenway
In addition to the closures noted below, the Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project will be closing the two left lanes of the eastbound Dulles Greenway tonight, May 29, at 6 p.m. to Wednesday, May 30 at 5 a.m. The closure will take place between mile markers 8.7 and 10.6 (between the Ashburn Village Boulevard and Old Ox Road overpasses).
 
When: Tuesday, May 29, 9:30 p.m. to 5 a.m.
What:   Left lane closures on eastbound Dulles Greenway
Where: From mile marker 8.7 to 10.6 (between the Ashburn Village Boulevard and Old Ox Road overpasses)
Why:   Construction activities along the Dulles Greenway

Tonight, Tuesday, May 29, from 9:30 p.m., until 5 a.m. on Wednesday, May 30, construction activities at the Herndon Metrorail Station requiring the closure of the eastbound Dulles Access Highway and a detour onto the eastbound Dulles Toll Road, between the Centreville Road and Fairfax County Parkway overpasses (see details below).
 
When:  Tuesday, May 29, 9:30 p.m. to 5 a.m.
What:   Full closure and detour on eastbound DIAAH, lane closures on eastbound DTR
Where: From mile marker 0.8 to 5.1 (between the Centreville Road and Fairfax County Parkway overpasses)
Detour: Eastbound DIAAH traffic will be diverted onto the left lane of the eastbound Dulles Toll Road and then returned to the eastbound DIAAH beyond the construction activity. No toll will be charged to drivers detoured from the DIAAH to the DTR.
Why:   Construction activities at the Herndon Metrorail Station
