Nighttime Detour on Autopilot Drive
Monday, Nov. 20, at 9 p.m. to Tuesday, Nov. 21, at 5 a.m.
On or about Monday, Nov. 20 at 9 p.m. to Tuesday, Nov. 21 at 5 a.m., traffic on northbound Autopilot Drive at Dulles International Airport will be diverted to the southbound lanes while Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project crews continue construction of a tie breaker station for the Silver Line Phase 2. Monday, Nov. 20 at 9 p.m. to Tuesday, Nov. 21 at 5 a.m.:
Southbound Autopilot Drive will be reduced to a single lane.
Traffic on northbound Autopilot Drive will be diverted to a single lane on the southbound side near the Hertz car rental facility.
Northbound traffic will return to the northbound lanes near the Avis bus driveway.
All airport tenant facilities and businesses will remain accessible.
Drivers are asked to use caution and pay attention to all signage and barricades. Large, slow-moving vehicles may be exiting and entering the roadways at various times.
